Worship & Music Ministry
The Altar Guild is responsible for taking care of all the objects and places in God’s house and for preparing them for worship services. This includes changing paraments, setting up for communion, and refilling candle oil. Volunteers on the Altar Guild serve one month or three times during the year. The group meets once during the year for planning and training in October. Contact Cyndy at firstname.lastname@example.org or Char at email@example.com if you are interested or have questions.
Every worship service includes someone working behind the scenes, operating the sound board. Sound techs are trained with hands on experience and scheduled once a month. If you enjoy the technical and electronic side of worship, this is an opportunity for you. If you are interested in this ministry, please contact Mary Petersen
Congregational Life Ministry
Join our team. Our mission is to provide daily necessities to those members who are in need and communicate with the congregation on how they can assist. Our goal is to be supportive through prayer, provide meals, visit members who are sick, and send sympathy cards as needed. We meet monthly to discuss caring opportunities, future goals, and fellowship events. If you have an interest in being part of this team or have any questions about the Caring Team, contact Barb at firstname.lastname@example.org.
